Login using the IPCR account credentials is automatically authorised ONLY in case of unavailability of the EU Login service; otherwise, the use of EU Login is required.
If you do not have an EU Login account yet, you can create one very easily. Follow the procedure by clicking this link. Once you have filled in the personal details requested, an email will automatically be sent to you with a link to set your password. You have 90 minutes to click on the link (it will then expire).
Once you have an EU Login account and a working password, you can set up the 2nd factor authentication by following the steps explained here, if you choose EU Login app, or here if you want to choose another authentication mechanism.
